Drop the .bin suitcase (MacBinary) on a Mac OS 7/8/9 machine, decode with
StuffIt Expander / MacBinary, put the suitcase in the System Folder, reboot,
and choose HackHaste in the Keyboard control panel.

The suitcase contains KCHR (OS 7+) and uchr (OS 8.5+). Caps↔Command is the
INIT 128 resource on all four suitcases (physical Caps is Command, physical
Command is Caps Lock; shiftlock maps the Caps table onto Shift so physical
Command is typewriter lock). Remove INIT 128 if you only want character remap.
Control stays Control.

  Apple II: letters only. Caps cannot become Open-Apple.
  WEB try-it: open WEB/index.html#try without installing.
  Locked firmware (some TVs, 3270, consoles, IBM i): letters follow the PC map in the table we ship. ROM/IME remains a drm.cc offer.
